Musical Landmarks
On our little trip today, Kristina and I went to Solvang, CA. It's a little Danish Settlement Touristy Community type thingy. We had a good fun day just hanging out on no specific schedule. We had a massage and lots of good food.
We decided to drive around the area. We stumbled upon a little farm property called "Neverland Ranch." Michael Jackson's infamous property was pretty recognizable from the press coverage.
After driving around for a while, we headed back through Solvang. Decided to buy some fudge, a candy apple, a fresh pretzel and take it to the Solvang Park. This is the place where "Sgt.. Peppers" and "Peyton Place" have filmed scenes at the gazebo. They also have a statue of Hans Christian Andersen.
Tonight we are having dinner at "Andersen's" no relation for Hans...as far as I know. They are home of the original "Split Pea Soup." Yum.
More tomorrow...

Away for the weekend
Drove up the coast this afternoon with my wife. We'll be staying here in Buellton, CA for the weekend and enjoying some time away.
If something eventful happens, I may blog here and there...who knows, I might have some video to upload later. :)
Have a great weekend!

My Friend Marshall
Have you seen "The Passion of the Christ" yet?
I'm proud to announce that my college friend and fellow Anderson University Chorale member, Marshall Hall, is the newest member of the Gaither Vocal Band.

The day after
Still amazed at how good "The Passion of the Christ" was last night. Wow, wow, wow.
Had a rough day today at work. I love my job, but have some huge obstacles ahead. Offer up a prayer for me. :)

My Passion for HIS PASSION
Wow. That's all I can say!
I know it's been a long, long time since I posted. A lot has happened to me in the past couple months. Things are still a little weird, but starting to settle.
Go see "The Passion of the Christ." I saw a pre-release show tonight that was sponsored by my church and place of employment. It was incredibly moving. I cried three times. It was an amazing experience. It is a must see for everyone...adults that is. It is very graphic, but very amazing.

Every Sunday is Super
I know I've been a bad boy and not kept up with my entries lately. I promise to do better this week and give you updates on my mom and everything else.
Yes, I know the Colts lost and they aren't playing today...but I'm going over to Gretchen's anyway to watch the game. You know I'm rooting for Carolina because those weasels from New England beat my hoosier boys.
The real reason for the get together is the food and commercials.
