Back with a Reason
I haven't posted in a while. No paticular reason, but I felt like I should say something today. Maybe it will spark more posts.
Unlike some people I know, I've decided to leave the TV on most of the day. Aside from the 9/11 tributes, there are a lot of interesting items happening today from the Benifer Wedding debacle to the Israel/Arafat conflict.
Sadly, I think a lot of people have lost sight of what happened two years ago. Yes, innocent lives are lost around the world everyday due to terrorism, drunk drivers, murder and other crimes to humanity, but when has a number as large as that of the 9/11 tragedy been lost by a series of connected events on one day?
One of the things I was really scared of moving to Los Angeles was that I would forget where I came from and who I am. I don't want to be one of those fake "Hollywood" or "Industry" people who do the popular thing. I don't hide the fact that I am a Republican and very conservative. I'm not saying that President Bush and all Republicans are perfect, there not.
Well, ultimately what I am trying to say is...I have not forgotten and will not forget what happened on 9/11. Innocent people were killed for an unrighteous cause by cowards who were afraid to face America. They had to do it secretly against civilians, because WE, AMERICA, The Greatest Country in The World, they were brainwashed to despise.
